RMA numbers must be received prior to returning merchandise, or may not be accepted by receiving department. Item should be returned in new condition in original packaging. All returned items to be shipped freight prepaid and are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on current or actual sales price, whichever is lower. Returned goods must be in like new condition. Any wear or damage will be considered at the time of return.
